Richardson Electronics, has announced a global distribution agreement with Gallium Semiconductor. Gallium Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company based in Singapore. They design and manufacture Gallium Nitride (GaN) based RF semiconductor products to cost-effectively deliver the highest performance and efficiency for 5G communication networks as well as aerospace and defense and industrial, scientific and medical applications.
