RFTR, a manufacturer of high power RF/Microwave amplifiers for Aerospace & Defense based in Turkey has developed a range of dependable ultra wide-band power amplifiers that can produce a range of output power levels. The amplifiers operate from 2 - 6 GHz and can be utilized in a variety of applications, including radars, datalinks, jammers, and UAVs in the S-band and C-bands. They can be used for CW or Pulsed waveforms. All modules provide forward-reverse power monitoring and can function with a load VSWR. The PAs can be enabled or disabled in under 4 seconds, and are suitable for pulsed applications that require power savings.
