FPRFThe field programmable RF (FPRF) chip developer Lime Microsystems will be demonstrating products including 2/3/4G wireless technologies and Open Source mobile communications systems for current and emerging applications at this year’s Mobile World Congress Shanghai.

Lime will showcase numerous customer products and platforms based on its FPRF transceivers for a wide variety of applications including wireless infrastructure, Software Defined Radio and TV White Space. They will also run demos of its highly integrated and low power FPRF product, LMS7002M, in conjunction with a newly developed FPGA design kit, STREAM. The kit, based on an Altera Cyclone IV FPGA has an extensive set of features and peripheral options, including USB 2/3, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI and MyriadRF connector.

Lime’s CEO, Ebrahim Bushehri, said, “We are excited to present a broad range of software defined wireless solutions from our extensive application range.  Our key partners will be on hand to show the innovative ways they are making use of our FPRF chipsets”.

MWC Shanghai takes place 15-17 July 2015. Visit Lime Microsystems at booth W5.B87.
