ReliaSat, a world-leading expert in RF, micro and millimeter wave technology, has withdrawn from the process of acquiring Arralis Technologies Limited. Effective terms could not be agreed and there is no possibility of renegotiation in the future.
Both companies have decided to go their own way. ReliaSat operates in the United Kingdom and has a range of microwave products with applications in communications, satellite and radar. ReliaSat’s team of PhD Engineers specializes in Ka-band satellite communications solutions, the next generation of high-speed, satellite communications technology.
Arralis Technologies is undergoing a restructuring process and it continues to concentrate on E-Band automotive products, W-Band low-power radar modules, 5G and Wi-Fi repeaters.
