Shanghai AT Microwave Limited, a company that manufactures and supplies RF, Microwave and millimeter wave modules, from DC to 170 GHz, will be showcasing its products at European Microwave Week (EuMW) 2023 in Berlin, Germany from September 19-21, 2023. EuMW 2023 will include three different conferences within the same venue with one exhibition showcasing cutting-edge innovations in the field of RF and microwave engineering.
AT Microwave will be showcasing its innovative line of RF/microwave amplifier systems at its EuMW booth. The various amplifier solutions demonstrated will include low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), power amplifiers (PAs), broadband amplifiers, waveguide-based amplifiers, medium-power amplifiers, and high-power amplifiers.
The power amplifiers (high-power, medium-power, and others) they develop, operate from 20 to 96 GHz and deliver an output power of up to +35 dBm with a gain of 35 dB. The low noise amplifiers operate from 0.1 to 110 GHz. The LNAs have a gain of 42 dB and a noise figure of 4 dB. These amplifiers are available in connectorized designs with RF connector ports on the side and waveguide configurations.
