Marki Microwave Showcasing Innovative High-Frequency RF & mmWave Products at EuMW 2023

Marki Microwave, an innovator in the radio frequency and microwave industry for over 30 years, is showcasing a range of high frequency RF & mmWave products at the RFMW Booth in Berlin at EuMW this week. Three products that caught out eye, were the EBAL-0067 RF Balun, MPDR-0070CSP2 Power Divider and TW50-28L00WG RF Termination.

EBAL-0067

Part of Marki Microwave’s EBAL Series, the EBAL-0067 is an ultra-broadband balun, hand-tuned for optimal phase and amplitude balance performance across the complete band. Featuring a frequency range of 10 MHz to 67 GHz and 37 dB common mode rejection, it maintains signal integrity, ensuring overall system performance is not negatively impacted. MPDR-0070CSP2

The MPDR-0070CSP2 is a DC-70 GHz resistive power divider and the first part to be released in Marki Microwave's new CSP2 package, which enables operation up to 70 GHz in a compact 2.5 x 2.5 mm footprint compatible with standard pick and place assembly. The MPDR-0070CSP2 offers 0.25 dB amplitude and 5° phase balance across the entire band. The part also features a low 1.5 dB excess insertion loss on top of the 6 dB ideal splitting loss expected for resistive power dividers and excellent return losses.

TW50-28L00WG

The TW50-28L00WG is a low-power termination featuring 26.5 to 40 GHz operation, a low 1.05 VSWR and 4 W power handling. It is ideally suited for 5G systems, satellite communications, test systems and communications systems. This product has come about after the acquisition of Precision Millimeter Wave. Marki Microwave is now offering over 100 standard commercial waveguide products and multiple custom waveguide products spanning mmWave to over 200 GHz.
