San-tron Inc. has introduced a new line of high-performance 2.4 mm & 1.85 mm mode-free Precision Adapters. The 2.4 mm adapters have a VSWR of less than through 50 GHz and the 1.85 mm adapters have a VSWR of less than 1.20:1 through 65 GHz.
The Precision Adapters are available in 2.4 mm & 1.85 mm in-series configurations with male-to-male, male-to-female or female-to-female gender. 2.4 mm & 1.85 mm series connectors and adapters are intermateable up to 50 GHz.
Adapters provide for gender conversion and are ideal for use as VNA/PNA “port savers” and for other test applications. They feature high-performance gold-plated beryllium copper contacts, polyetherimide (PEI) capture beads, and rugged stainless steel bodies.
