Cobham Wireless is a sponsor of the 5G Summit at the 21st annual NI Week 2015 being held in Austin from 3 to 6 August. At the event more than 3,200 innovators from a variety of industries explore how advances in transportation, semiconductor test, 5G communications and more are converging to link our physical world with digital infrastructure to create the Internet of Things (IoT). The NI Week features technical sessions, interactive demonstrations and keynotes on the latest technologies to accelerate productivity for software-defined systems in test, measurement and control.
The industry-focused 5G Summit takes place on Wednesday August 5 at NI Week. Ian Langley, SVP and general manager of Cobham Wireless, will give an introductory address to the afternoon session at 13:00.
Cobham’s portfolio includes a comprehensive range of test systems for both mobile terminals and infrastructure – base stations and small cells – built around NI’s PXI chassis and modules, and a number of leading-edge applications and solutions. Some demonstrations will be showcased at the Cobham Booth #103 in the Exhibition.
