SKY66122-11: The SKY66122-11 is a high-performance, highly integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) bands, Wi-SUN, and other IoT applications operating in the 863 to 928 MHz frequency range.
SKY66408-21: The SKY66408-21 is a high-performance, fully-integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for 2.4 GHz Zigbee® technology, Thread, and Bluetooth® signal (including Low Energy) applications. Designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility, the device features integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filtering, and digital controls compatible with 1.2 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels. The RF blocks operate from 1.7 V to 3.6 V, allowing the SKY66408-21 to be used over a wide spectrum of the battery discharge curve.
SKY66409-11: The SKY66409-11 is a high-performance, fully-integrated FEM designed for 2.4 GHz Zigbee®, Thread, and Bluetooth® (including low energy) applications. Designed to simplify part count and designs, the device includes a power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, low-loss bypass path, transmit/receive switches, and digital controls compatible with 1.2 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels. The RF blocks operate from 1.8 V to 3.6 V, making the SKY66409-11 usable over a wide spectrum of the battery discharge curve.

SKY5A3043/SKY5A3047/SKY5A3048, and SKY5A5005/SKY5A5009/SKY5A5010/SKY5A5012: The SKY5A family of RF FEMs support multi-band 4G and 5G automotive telematics with carrier aggregation (CA). These Sky5® FEMs meet spectral linearity requirements for LTE QPSK, 16-QAM, 64-QAM, new radio DFT-S-OFDM, and CP-OFDM modulations.

Si5391 Ultra-low-jitter Clock Generator: The any-frequency, any-output Si5391 combines a wide-band PLL with proprietary MultiSynth™ fractional synthesizer technology to create a versatile, high-performance, clock generator platform. Capable of synthesizing a wide range of integer and non-integer related frequencies up to 1 GHz on 12 differential clock outputs, the device delivers sub-100 fs (RMS) phase jitter performance, optimized for 100G/200G/400G applications.
Si5332 Any-frequency Clock Generator: Any-frequency, any-output Si5332 clock generators with proprietary MultiSynth™ technology feature an embedded reference crystal, simplifying integration and optimizing board design.
SKYR23001-11: The SKYR23001 is a highly integrated 5G Time Division Duplex (TDD) RF front end reference design with four transmit, receive, and observation receiver paths. The board is designed to work with the Analog Devices ADRV904x radio system platform for full system evaluation of a 5G TDD remote transceiver with digital pre-distortion.
