Amphenol Corporation, a leading provider of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions has officially completed its acquisition by PCTEL. The acquisition was originally announced in October 2023, where Amphenol paid approximately $139.7 million, or $7.00 per share (about 50% over the closing stock price) for PCTEL.
