Wolfspeed, a global leader in Silicon Carbide technology, has announced that it has completed the sale of its radio frequency business to MACOM, effective December 2, 2023. Under the transaction terms, Wolfspeed received approximately $75 million in cash. The term is subject to a customary purchase price adjustment, and 711,528 shares of MACOM common stock, which had a market value of approximately $60.8 million based on the closing price for MACOM’s common stock on December 1, 2023, as reported on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Ceragon Networks, the global innovator and leading solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Siklu, a provider of multi-Gigabit "wireless fiber" connectivity in urban, suburban, and rural areas, for an enterprise value of $13-15 million. Ceragon will issue approximately 1.5 million ordinary shares as a consideration to Siklu's shareholders.
