This Master RF Kit (SK-SH-KIT) provides all the necessary equipment needed for field technicians and engineers for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of coaxial cable and antenna systems, and analysis of system performance. Bird’s Master RF Kit provides a wide frequency range from 1 MHz to 6 GHz for Cable and Antenna testing, and 9 kHz to 6 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, to help keep up with the ever-changing requirements in the communication market. These units can be used to test Return Loss, VSWR, Cable Loss, Distance-To-Fault and predefined measurements including Channel Power, ACPR, OBW, Phase Noise, N dB Down Bandwidth, Field Strength, FM Demodulation and more for spectrum analysis.
Both devices have preloaded software – the Bird RF Meter App that enables the analyzer to become a powerful power meter capable of connecting to Bird’s USB field sensors. The app's user-friendly, menu-driven interface ensures a seamless experience on any Android device. A simple set up of Bird sensors can be performed and features such as configuration settings, correction factors, offsets, zeroing calibration, and a choice of element types can be utilized.
