ATEK162AN3 - Wideband Amplifier from 2 to 22 GHz
The ATEK162AN3 by ATEK MIDAS is an 18 dBm low noise amplifier with a frequency range of 2 to 22 GHz. It provides 17.6 to 21 dB of gain gain and a noise figure of 2.9 to 3.5 dB. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 3x3 mm and operates at a supply voltage of 5 V while consuming 76 mA of current. Suitable for receivers, satellite, SDR, and VSAT applications, it provides reverse isolation of 33 to 39 dB, with input and output return losses of -12 dB and -11 dB, respectively.
