Quectel Wireless Solutions, a leading global IoT solutions provider, its EG91-EX LTE Cat 1 module has successfully received the EU Type Examination Certificate for RED Cybersecurity. Awarded by TÜV SÜD, a globally recognized testing and certification body, this certification ensures that the module meets stringent cybersecurity requirements outlined by the EU’s Radio Equipment Directive (RED) DA.
The certification is a major milestone, providing assurance to Quectel's customers that the EG91-EX module adheres to top-tier cybersecurity standards, safeguarding IoT devices against vulnerabilities.
