Digi-Key Electronics has confirmed the integration of Analog Devices and Linear Technology's broad portfolio of products after the official announcement of the acquisition. Analog Devices announced the official acquisition of Linear Technology March 10th after agreeing to terms in July 2016.
Acquisitions and mergers often lead to problems in the supply chain, when there is a lack of clarity of the available products. However, Digi-Key has assured customers that they will be working through the process of the successful merger and will continue to provide the broadest newly expanded Analog Devices portfolio globally.
