Microsemi has confirmed its participation at the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2018. They will be located at booth #1635 in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, in Philadelphia from 12-14 June, 2018.
Key Highlights from Microsemi at IMS 2018:
- New die and packaged wideband power amplifiers covering DC to 22 GHz
- Latest GaN on SiC products which pushes the limits of power and efficiency
- Demo of its 1011GN-2200VG GaN on SiC Pallet which achieves 70 percent power added efficiency with output power of 2200W and 20dB typical power gain at 1030 MHz and 1090 MHz
- Newest SAW and VCSO products
Microsemi has made significant investments over the last 12 months. The company has added SAW filters, modules and VCSO’s to its portfolio through the acquisition of Phonon and Vectron. These products are ideally suited for defense, space, communications, and industrial markets. Microsemi's SAW filters can be customized with performance up to 2.7 GHz in SMT packages as small as 1.6 x 1.4 mm. The VCSO products offer ultra-low jitter performance and operate up to 3.2 GHz.
