New Range of Low IMD Drop-In Isolators & Circulators from 800 to 4200 MHz

VidaRF has released a new range of Low-Frequency Drop-In Isolators and Circulators to their wide product portfolio. The new products have a low IMD design, low insertion loss (under 0.2 dB), high isolation (Over 25 dB), are RoHS compliant, have BeO terminations and do not use Neo magnets. The Isolators and Circulators can also be customized or tweaked to meet a customers requirement.

The Drop-In Isolators operate over a frequency range of 824 MHz to 2170 MHz. They can handle 500 watts of peak power, 150 watts of CW forward and 100 watts of reverse power over a temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees C. These isolators have an Isolation of over 20 dB and Insertion loss of under 0.30 dB. The isolators have -70dBc @ 45 dBm x 2 tone IMD with 5 MHz spacing.

The Drop-In Circulators operate over a frequency range of 824 MHz to 4200 MHz. They can handle 500 watts of peak power, 250 watts of CW forward and reverse power over a temperature range of -30 to 85 degrees C. The circulators have an insertion loss of under 0.35 dB and isolation of over 22 dB. The RoHS complaint offerings offer no magnetic leaks and are free from Neo Magnets therby providing a longer life.

The Drop-In Circulators are also available in a Double Junction architecture with an operating frequency from 824 to 2025 MHz.  They have a high insertion loss of below 0.60 dB and Isolation of more than 45 dB. There is also the SMD Circulator range that operates from 791 MHz to 2690 MHz. These circulators are lead free and are enabled with Reflow process capability.
