Semtech will be demonstrating its LoRa devices and wireless radio frequency technology at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) Americas 2018. The demo will be held at the LoRa Alliance booth in South Hall 2524, from September 12-14.
Next-generation Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are rapidly growing and continuing to transform the market. With practically an unlimited number of potential use cases, LoRa Technology is a proven IoT platform to connect resources to the Internet and create a smarter planet.
At the event, Semtech will demonstrate the LoRa Tag and LoRa-enabled solutions that improve daily challenges, featuring a solution for commercial water management. In one example, a global corporation reduced operating costs and saved 22% on water usage upon evaluating their usage data. The IoT solutions are quickly integrated into existing infrastructures to solve a number of key issues in metering, smart home management, smart agriculture, and cities.
