RF microwave solutions provider, SemiGen Inc will be showcasing its newly adopted thin film circuits and product capabilities along with specialized foundry services at EDI CON 2018. The company recently acquired New Hampshire based thin film experts, Ion Beam Milling to facilitate its newly added offerings and augment its microwave assembly and component solutions for microwave RF/manufacturers.
SemiGen will be discussing these and other contract services at the 2018 Electronic Design and Innovation Conference (EDI-CON) on October 17 – 18th in booth #206 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, California.
Custom and standard components added to their offerings now include thin film circuits, attenuators, lange couplers, filters, diode submounts, planar inductors, standoffs, and transmission lines. Additional foundry services also recently added include wafer dicing and metallization. According to Tim Filteau, President of SemiGen, thin film is a core requirement of many advanced EW and radar subsystems, and thus the company is excited to be adding it to its suite of in-house solutions.
