Passive electronic components pioneer, Electro Technik Industries, has announced the acquisition of San Jose-based Microwave and RF solutions developer, RF Techniques Inc. The newly acquired company will be part of the Electro Technik - RF/Microwave Group and report to Alen Fejzuli, the Group President.
RF Techniques is a leading designer and manufacturer specializing in high temperature brazed High Power Resistors, High Power Attenuators and High Power Terminations for the high reliable Microwaves and RF applications. RFT's high reliability brazed products are consistently utilized in the most demanding environments in many military and commercial programs, successfully meeting the most stringent performance standards every time. In business for over 30 years, the company has developed an outstanding reputation in the industry for designing and delivering high reliability microwave components. RFT's products will compliment ETI subsidiary, Res-net Microwave’s, existing offerings by adding a family of brazed attenuators, resistors, and terminations, as well as thin film capabilities.
The RF/Microwave Group of Electro Technik Industries, also designs and manufactures a full line of RF and microwave circulators and isolators through its subsidiary, Nova Microwave.
