Skyworks Showcasing 5G Infrastructure Solutions at IMS 2019

At IMS 2019, Skyworks is showcasing its extensive portfolio of products for Wireless Infrastructure and A&D. At their booth in Boston, the company is showing a live demonstration of its latest high performance switch for 5G infrastructure. IMS 2019 is being held from June 4-6 in the city of Boston, MA, USA.

Some Wireless Infrastructure Products from Skyworks at IMS 2019:

  • SKY16602-632LF: is a fully integrated PIN diode low-threshold limiter module in a surface-mount package. It is designed for use as a passive receiver protector in wireless or other RF systems for frequencies up to 4 GHz. It features a low limiting threshold, low-insertion loss, and low distortion in a single Micro Lead-frame Package (MLP).
  • SKY12247-492LF: is a compact, integrated high-power single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch with driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. The part operates with a single +5 V supply and switches with a single control voltage (0 to 3 V)
  • SKYH22001: is an ultra-broadband hermetically sealed low-noise amplifier with superior gain flatness and exceptional linearity. The internal active bias circuitry provides stable performance over temperature and process variation. The device offers the ability to externally adjust supply current.
  • SKYH22002: is a general-purpose broadband amplifier fabricated from the Skyworks InGaP HBT process. The device’s 50 Ω input and output impedance allow it to be easily cascaded without external impedance matching networks. The typical -3 dB bandwidth of the SKYH22002 is 0.1 to 6 GHz.
  • SKYFR-001692: is a single-junction, surface-mount circulator designed for wireless infrastructure and power-amplifier applications. It operates over the frequency range of 3400 MHz to 3600 MHz with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.
  • SKYFR-001709: is a single-junction, surface-mount circulator designed for wireless infrastructure and power-amplifier applications. It operates over the frequency range of 3600 MHz to 3800 MHz with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.
  • SKYFR-001745: is a single-junction, surface-mount circulator designed for wireless infrastructure and power-amplifier applications. It operates over the frequency range of 3400 MHz to 3800 MHz with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +110 °C.
  • SKYFR-001760: is a single-junction, surface-mount circulator designed for wireless infrastructure and power-amplifier applications. It operates over the frequency range of 2496 MHz to 2690 MHz with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.
  • SKY85748-11: is a highly integrated, 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) incorporating a 5 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA) intended for mobile/portable 802.11ax applications and systems.
