Electronic Design Automation (EDA) expert, Modelithics, has release of the latest version, Version 20.0, of its COMPLETE Library for use with the Keysight Technologies’ PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS) software platform. The new update includes 34 new models and adds compatibility with the latest PathWave ADS 2020. Included in the COMPLETE Library is the CLR Library, a large selection of highly scalable models for capacitor, inductor, and resistor families from many popular vendors. Also included are the NLD (Non-Linear Diode) Library, the NLT (Non-Linear Transistor) Library, and the SLC (System Level Component) Library.
New scalable models in the Modelithics CLR Library include models for the Murata GQM1555C and LQP03HQ, Vishay VJ0402 capacitor families, the ATC 504L resistor family, as well as the Würth Elektronik WE-CAIR 5910 inductor families. Additions to the Modelithics NLD library include new models for Skyworks Schottky diode families. New models for the Modelithics SLC library also include models for IMS attenuators.
The Modelithics S-parameter Library was updated with new models for multiple Mini-Circuits amplifiers and transformers, as well as models for several Guerrilla RF amplifiers. A free 90-day model use is being sponsored by ATC, Murata, Vishay, International Manufacturing Services (IMS), Mini-Circuits, and Würth Elektronik through the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) Program.
