The PTA020 from Parsec Technologies is an omni-directional, active antenna for M2M, IoT, OBD and Telematics applications that covers GPS and GLONASS frequency bands. It covers five frequency bands from 699 MHz to 2155 MHz with an average gain of 1 dBi and TOI of +19 dBm. It provides high efficiency coverage in a compact form factor with an exceptionally small ground plane. The PTA020 has been designed to provide robust GNSS performance in coexistence with co-located cellular and wireless connectivity services through the use of proprietary, ultra-low noise amplifier technology, highly selective GNSS band-pass filtering, and optional band-reject filtering of cellular and connectivity bands. It has an u.FL cable interface that provides interconnect flexibility into the host GNSS receiver IC or module and supports PTCRB certification.
