The KPPA-5GHZ-DPOMA-WC-3 from KP Performance Antenna is a Dual Polarized Omni Directional Antenna that operates from 5.15 to 5.95 GHz. The antenna has vertical/horizontal polarization, provides a gain of 13 dBi with 20 dB of port isolation. It can handle an input power of 100 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. The antenna has a cross-polarization ratio of 20 dB, a vertical beamwidth of 6.5 degrees, and a horizontal beamwidth of 360 degrees. It supports a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration.
The KPPA-5GHZ-DPOMA-WC-3 has an integrated radio case that fits radios from Cambium’s ePMP 2000 radio and Ubiquiti’s 5AC Prism Gen 2 (RP-5AC-GEN2). The radio case protects both the radio and cables from direct rain and sun, reducing the chance of failure in the field and simplifying installation with a minimal taping of connectors. The powder-coated, high-strength mounting brackets and radio case are corrosive resistant and built to withstand wind speeds of up to 130 mph. The antenna is built for a broad range of environments and features a heavy-duty UV-resistance plastic radome for all-weather operation.
The KPPA-5GHZ-DPOMA-WC-3 measures 914.4 x 203.2 x 152.4 mm with 2 x N-type (female) right angle to RP-SMA Female Straight LMR200 cables of 6-inch length. It is ideal for wireless MIMO LAN systems & IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax, public safety U-NII-1, 2, 3, and 4 (5.15-5.925 GHz), mobile WiMAX wireless internet provider "cell" sites, Point-to-multipoint (PtMP) requiring 360 degrees of coverage, and cost-sensitive low-density deployments.
