The FlexPIFA from Laird Connectivity are Flexible Planar Inverted F-Type Antennas (PIFA) that operate from 863 to 870 MHz or 902 to 928 MHz. These linearly polarized antennas provide a peak gain of -0.3 dB (915 MHz band) and have a VSWR of less than 2.5:1. They have an omnidirectional radiation pattern and are manufactured using patented flexible PIFA design that delivers high performance in challenging environments. These antennas enable seamless integration into IoT devices using their flexible, peel-and-stick adhesive backing and are less likely to detune in the proximity of a metal or human body. They measure 88.0 x 40.0 x 6.2 mm and have MHF (U.FL) or MHF4L connector options. The antennas are ideal for industrial automation, SCADA, agriculture, smart transportation, LoRaWAN, and proprietary sub-GHz applications.
