The LPCA-MIMO from PCTEL is a Low-Profile 5-in-1 Cellular + GNSS + Wi-Fi Combination Antenna. It operates in the LTE/5G frequency bands from 617 to 5000 MHz, in the Wi-Fi 6E/7 bands from 1427 to 7200 MHz, and in the GNSS bands from 1559 to 1610 MHz. This antenna contains two cellular band antennas designed, two secondary LTE/Wi-Fi 6E antennas, and an LNA-equipped GNSS antenna. It supports 4x4 cellular MIMO (LTE/5G, GNSS) or 2x2 LTE/5G and 2x2 MIMO Wi-Fi 6E in a single, low-profile housing. This linearly polarized antenna has an omnidirectional radiation pattern, provides a peak gain of 7.5 dBi with an efficiency of 78%, and has a VSWR of less than 3:1.
The LPCA-MIMO includes dual feed GNSS antenna which enables excellent axial ratio and gain. It includes pre-filtered LNA which requires a DC supply from 2.4 to 6 V and consumes 10 mA of current to ensure functionality in a combination antenna. The integrated LNA provides a gain of 30 dB and has a noise figure of less than 2.5 dB. It is available in an IP67-rated housing that measures 280 x 120 x 50 mm with FAKRA (male) connectors and RG316 coaxial cables. The antenna is designed to support multi-system solutions and is ideal for fleet management, navigation, positioning, agriculture, construction equipment, V2X, and public safety applications.
