The HMC-C010 from Analog Devices is a 600 Degree Analog Phase Shifter that operates from 6 to 15 GHz. It provides a constant insertion loss vs phase shift through the frequency band. It has a control voltage from 0-5V with a phase voltage sensitivity of 120 deg/volt and a modulation bandwidth of 50 MHz. The HMC-C010 is housed in a miniature hermetic module with replaceable SMA connectors.
