The Model F1938 from Kratos is a high speed 0 o or 180o Phase Shifter that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It features a double-balanced design that provides excellent phase accuracy over its entire frequency range. The device has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB and can handle 1 W of CW power. It has an ON/OFF time of 20 nsec, rise/fall time of 5 nsec, and a VSWR of less than 2:1. This bi-phase modulator is available in a module with coaxial connectors.
