The PS-90-6012-HS15NS-OPT7G from Quantic PMI is a 7 GHz Miniature Bi-Phase Modulator/Phase Shifter. It provides a phase shift of 0° or 180° with an accuracy of ±1° and has a modulation rate of 1 MHz. This phase shifter has an ON/OFF time of 15 ns and uses TTL control logic (ECL logic is also available). It can handle up to 0.5 W of input power, has an insertion loss of 2.5 dB, and a noise figure of 5 dB. The phase shifter requires a DC supply of +5 V / -5 V and consumes less than 75 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.5 inches and has SMA-female connectors.
