The EV10AS940 from Teledyne e2v Semiconductors is a 10-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). It has an analog bandwidth of 33 GHz and can digitize signals from L-Band to Ka-Band with a sampling rate of up to 12.8 GSps. This converter features Digital Down Conversion (DDC) and Frequency Hopping (FH) capabilities and integrates multiple NCOs to support multiple digital channels. It requires a DC supply of 0.9/1.2/1.8/3.3 V and consumes less than 2.5 W of power. The ADC is available in an organic FCBGA package that measures 16.0 x 17.6 mm and is ideal for use in ground-based or space-based applications for SATCOM payloads, SAR imaging and TT&C systems. It is also ideal for use in HTS satellite communication, radar, SAR, 5G and P2P communications.
