The 10 m Test Range Semi-Anechoic Chamber from TDK Corporation can be used to test products that operate at a frequency range from 30 MHz to 40 GHz (EMI) and 26 MHz to 19 GHz (EMS). It has been designed to perform radiated emission and immunity measurements of RF signals over a distance of up to 10 m. This chamber is fully compliant with ANSI C63.4, EN 50147-2, and CISPR 22 standards. It is lined with Ferrite tiles and IP-090 series hollow-taper, wedge-shaped, fully-matched absorbers to ensure a wide operating frequency range. This anechoic chamber also includes white end caps to greatly improve the illumination levels inside the chamber. By positioning TDK ferrite tile floor panels and IP-045C absorbers between the transmit antenna and EUT (equipment under test), this semi-anechoic chamber can be used to perform radiated immunity measurements in full compliance with IEC 1000-4-3 standard from 26 MHz to 18 GHz.
This semi-anechoic chamber ensures field uniformity of over 75% of the surface (12 of the 16 points) of a vertical plane of 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.8 m from the ground. This chamber measures 18.0 x 12.0 x 8.4 m.
