The CAC-S™ from TDK RF Solutions is an Anechoic Chamber for conducting measurements between 26 MHz and 18 GHz. It uses a unique EMC absorber installation technique which features fully lined double-layer ferrite tile and IP-045 series absorbers. The ferrite tiles are mounted onto dielectric panels to cover the frequency range from 26 MHz to 1 GHz and by installing TDK IP-045 series resistive absorbers in selected areas of ceiling and walls, the frequency range can be extended up to 18 GHz. This chamber has space-saving characteristics and can be constructed within most industrial buildings and office areas.

The CAC-S enables the user to carry out radiated immunity measurements in full compliance with IEC 1000-4-3 standard and is pre-compliant with EN 50147-2, ANSI C63.4, and CISPR 22 for radiated emissions. It allows 3-meter radiated emissions measurements to be performed at a fixed receive antenna height in the 30 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range. This anechoic chamber measures 7.5 m (L) x 3.0 m (W) x 3.0 m (H) and is ideal for small test apparatus.
