The R&S ZVH8 is a rugged, handheld cable and antenna analyzer that operates from 100 kHz to 8 GHz. It has a dynamic range of 100 dB for filter and antenna isolation measurements. The device can make distance-to-fault measurements, one-port cable loss measurements and reflection measurements. The built-in DC voltage supply (bias) enables it to test active components such as amplifiers. It has a battery life up to 4.5 hours and is available in a rugged, splash-proof housing for use in the field.
