The MA8171A from Anritsu is an RF Chamber designed for integrated RF measurements and protocol tests, such as 5G NR beam management tests, in an OTA environment. It supports both 5G NR Standalone (SA) and Non-standalone (NSA) modes and enables mmWave band measurements and tests when combined with an RF converter. The chamber provides over 60 dB of shielding from 24 to 40 GHz. It has USB 2.0 (type-A) ports for UE connection, mini D-sub 15 pin (M) for position controller along with various coaxial connectors for internal and external interfacing.
The MA8171A Chamber measures 1460 (W) x 1210 (H) x 1000 (D) mm (excluding projections) and weighs less than 150 Kg. It can be used for the development of 5G NR chipsets, devices, and terminals.
