CR-M20 Image

The CR-M20 from Microwave Vision Group is a Portable Mini Compact Range Test System that operates from 4 to 110 GHz. It is an all-in-one system that has been designed for cost-effective over-the-air (OTA) testing of microwave and mmWave high-gain antennas and radars. This OTA test system consists of a device under test (DUT) positioner, absorber, reflector system, feed horns, rotator, data analysis workstation, positioned controller, mmWave boxes, RF cables, and vector network analyzer (VNA). It has a quite zone diameter of up to 0.5 m and uses strategically engineered geometries and materials to mitigate multipath effects during the testing of small antennas in wide frequency bands.

The CR-M20 allows antenna parameters such as gain, beamwidth, cross polarization, and 3D radiation pattern to be measured over the desired frequency range. It can be interfaced with a data acquisition and analysis workstation (MVG software) to analyze the performance of DUTs. This test system provides a shielding effectiveness of 80 dB. It measures 290 x 240 x 400 cm and is ideal for mmWave antenna measurements, mmWave OTA testing, and automotive radar testing applications.
