The NT-18G-50G-1C Nano5G Automated Impedance Tuner from Maury Microwave has been developed to conduct load pull measurements from 18 to 65 GHz. It supports 5G FR2 frequencies and provides a typical matching range with a VSWR up to 40:1 @ 28, 39 GHz. It can handle a CW power of 10 W and has an insertion loss of below 0.5 dB. The tuner has a direct probe connection that allows operation with no vibration and reduces the phase skew resulting in low signal distortion and more accurate vector measurements when using wideband modulated signals. It can also be mounted directly to the probe tip for on-wafer measurements, thereby ensuring the highest tuning range (VSWR, lowest impedance) at the DUT reference plane. 

The NT-18G-50G-1C is LXI certified and includes features such as dual TCP/IP and USB interfaces for simple, fast reliable Control, direct ASCII commands or DLL environment for automated applications, and standardized LXI for seamless integration with state-of-the-art instruments. It is available as a compact module that measures 4.5 x 1.6 x 2.35 inches with 1.85 mm connectors.
