The AWMF-0165 from Anokiwave is a Tx/Rx Beamforming IC that covers the 3GPP n258 (24.25 – 27.5 GHz) band. It can operate as a dual polarization 4 channel beamformer IC or as a single polarization 8 channel beamformer IC. The 3GPP n258 band (24.25 – 27.5 GHz) is called the 24 GHz band in the U.S. and the 26 GHz band in Europe, China, and Australia. The IC is available in a WLCSP package and is ideal for 5G applications.
