The RMF080100PA from RFcore is an X-Band CMOS-based Beamforming MMIC that operates from 8 to 10 GHz. It provides a gain of 25 dB, has 6 Bit 360° Phase control (5.625° step) and 30 dB Attenuation. The IC is available in a QFN package that measures 5 x 5 x 1.2 mm and is ideal for active phased array systems.
