The TRB02801 from Sivers Semiconductors is a 5G NR Beamforming RFIC that operates from 24.25 to 29.5 GHz. This RFIC has integrated T/R-switches, linear power, and low noise amplifier and features RF tiling of multiple transceivers for large array antenna configurations. It supports more than 256 QAM OFDM modulation with flexible channelization.
The TRB02801 is a 32-port (2x16 H+V) beamforming transceiver which enable two data streams supporting 2 MIMO layers. It is designed for 3GPP NR 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) applications and delivers speeds up to 5 Gbps. The IC supports for both Zero-IF and IF baseband interface for easy integration with any 5G mmWave modem. It is available in a small form-factor and is suitable for outdoor infrastructure 5G mmWave applications.
