The IPP-8000 from Innovative Power Products is a Bi-Directional Coupler that operates from 2000 to 6000 MHz. It provides 10 dB of coupling (± 1.6 dB flatness) with a directivity of more than 18 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 0.25 dB. The coupler can handle an input power of up to 100 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.3:1. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.20 x 0.56 inches and is RoHS-compliant.
