The SB53D4 from SigaTek is a Bias Tee that operates from 150 kHz to 40 GHz. It provides an isolation of more than 25 dB, has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB, and has a VSWR of better than 1.9:1. This bias tee can handle a maximum DC voltage of 50 V and a current of up to 1.5 A. It is available in a module that measures 1.500 x 0.630 x 0.600 inches and has 2.92 mm (female) connectors. The bias tee has an operating temperature range from -25°C to + 80°C.
