The BD-H250-BB from UMCC is a combined bias tee and diplexer that operates from 250 MHz to 2500 MHz. It has an Isolation of more than 65 dB and an insertion loss less than 0.3 dB. The device can handle a power of 100 W CW, bias voltage of up to 150 V and bias current of 3.5 A. It is available in a module with BNC female connectors.
