The ACTX-X200W from ACORDE is an X-Band GaN BUC that up-converts an input frequency from 950 - 1450 MHz to an output frequency from 7.9 - 8.4 GHz. It has a P1dB of 53 dBm, a gain of more than 75 dB and a noise figure of less than 15 dB. The BUC has a phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset, a spurious level of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of lower than -50 dBc.
The ACTX-X200W is available in a module that measures 495 x 265 x 255 mm with an N-type (F) connector at the Tx input and a WR112 CPRG flange waveguide interface at the Tx output. This BUC has been designed for Ka-band professional & military satellite communication systems (ground, SOTP, SOTM, maritime, etc.). The ACTX-X family is a high reliability solution designed for harsh environmental conditions, with every single production unit fully tested in an environmental chamber and delivered with a complete factory acceptance test report.
This BUC requires an AC supply of 85 - 265 V and consumes 1500 W of power.
