ACTX-X200W-E1-V1 Image

The ACTX-X200W-E1-V1 from ACORDE is an X-band GaAs BUC that up-converts an input frequency from 950 – 1450 MHz to an output frequency from 7.9 – 8.4 GHz. The BUC consists of an amplifier that provides a P1dB of 53 dBm (~200 W) with a gain of 75 dB and has a noise figure of less than 15 dB.

The ACTX-X200W-E1-V1 offers excellent linearity, phase noise, gain stability, and linear power, and follows the MIL-STD-188-164C standard. It is available in a module that measures 495 x 265 x 255 mm with an N-type (female) connector at the input and a WR112 CPRG flange interface at the output. The BUC is ideal for professional & military satellite communication systems such as ground, SOTP, SOTM, maritime, etc. It requires an AC supply of 85-265 V and consumes less than 1500 W of power.
