The ABD200KX from Actox is a GaN based, Block Up Converter that operates in the Ku-band with an input frequency from 950 MHz to 1700 MHz and an RF frequency from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. It provides an output of 53 dBm (200 Watts). The BUC is available in a compact package with a Waveguide, WR-75 Output interface and N Type or F Type connectors at the input. It has a 3 year warranty and is a RoHS compliant.
