The ABE20XC from Actox is a C-Band Fanless Block Up Converter that up-converts an input frequency from 950-1850 MHz to an RF frequency from 5.850-7.05 GHz. It has two LOs with a frequency of 4.90 and 5.50 GHz. The BUC delivers an output power of 20 W with a gain of 68 dB. It requires a DC supply voltage from 18 to 75 V and consumes 85 W of power.
The ABE20XC is based on GaN technology which enables high efficiency, low power consumption, and high reliability. It features power and lock status LED indicators, a digital temperature compensation circuit, and supports advanced M&C interfaces such as RS-232/485, Ethernet (HTTP and SNMP ver. 3), and optional FSK. This BUC has a controllable internal high stability 10 MHz reference. It is available in a module that measures 216.5 x 120 x 87 mm with an N or F-type field-exchangeable IF connector and a CPR 137 G waveguide interface at the output.
