The NJT8316L series from New Japan Radio (JRC) are lower Ku band Block Up Converters that up-convert an input frequency from 950 to 1450 MHz to an output frequency from 12.75 to 13.25 GHz. They provide an output power of more than 36 dBm (4 W) with a gain of over 56 dB and have a noise figure of less than 23 dB.
These BUCs consume 28 watts of power and require a supply voltage from 12 to 30 volts. These BUCs are available in a module that measures 98 x 98 x 42.5 mm with N and F-type coaxial female connectors at the input and WR75 waveguide interface at the output.
