The NJT8371 series from New Japan Radio are Ku-band GaN Block Up Converters with an output power of 40 W. They accept an input signal from 950 to 1450 MHz and up convert it to 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. The RoHS complaint BUC's consume 260 Watts of power while operating from a DC supply of 36 to 60 V. They are available in a module that measures 230 x 150 x 100 mm with N-type or F-type female connectors at the input and a WR75 waveguide interface at the output.
