The KAM Series from KYOCERA AVX are Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors with capacitance values from 0.5 pF to 22 µF. These AEC-Q200-qualified capacitors have a voltage rating from 4 to 3000 V and have capacitance tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±20%.
The KAM Series capacitors are not only suitable for automotive industry but also for improved reliability application. They are available in surface-mount package sizes from 0201 to 2220 and are plated with a Nickel/Tin finish at the termination. These MLCC’s are ideal for infotainment, ECU, climate control, motor drives, body control modules, cameras, GPS, touchscreen, key fob, and automotive LED lighting systems applications.
