The UBZ Series from Exxelia are Ultra-Broadband Capacitors with a capacitance of up to 100 nF. They have a low insertion loss of less than 2 dB and operates at voltages up to 10 V DC. The capacitors have a X5R dielectric, which can withstand a voltage of up to 20 V DC. They are available in an EIA 0201 Case size and are ideal for optoelectronics / high-speed data, oscillators, mm Wave amplifiers and broadband test equipment & applications.
